Commercial Architectural Designer
Meyer is looking for an Architect/Architectural Designer with approximately 5 years’ experience to join our Commercial Architectural Group. Candidate needs to have strong construction documentation skills with a passion for exploring design solutions. 3D Revit documentation experience required. Enscape and InDesign skills a plus. Candidate will join our team environment and will be given management direction and oversight but needs to be able to take projects to selected review/deliverable levels with limited task assistance. Time management skills and a self-motivated attitude are necessary. Client interaction, affability and presentation skills are valuable. Licensing is not a requirement, however, LEED and/or WELL accreditations are a plus.

Senior Interior Designer
Looking for an organized, creative, and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead a project team in the design and documentation. The candidate should have 8-10 years’ experience in Sector projects (Senior Living, Multi-Family, Active Adult, and Hospitality). 3D Revit documentation experience required. Enscape and InDesign skills a plus. Candidate will lead design efforts with the project team; assist Project Manager with task oversight and deliverables timeline. Client interaction, affability and strong presentation skills required. Candidate should have well-honed design skills, furniture, and finish skills. NCIDQ, LEED and/or WELL accreditations a plus.
