Senior Architectural Designer

If so, you may be our next Commercial Sector Senior Architectural Designer. Applicants should have 8–10 years of experience working on commercial design projects. Responsibilities will span all design phases, with a strong emphasis on code understanding and interpretation, construction documentation, and technical detailing.

The Senior Architectural Designer must be capable of leading a design project through all architectural service phases. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within small, team-based environments are essential. Excellent organizational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and strong problem-solving abilities are required.

• Proficiency in Revit required
• Experience with BIM 360, InDesign, and Enscape preferred
• Familiarity with Healthcare, Behavioral Health Design, and/or Mission Critical work a plus
• Architectural registration is not necessarily required
