Meyer provided interior design services for Marsh McLennan’s new corporate office in 830 Brickell Plaza, located in the heart of Downtown Miami’s Financial District. The highly-amenitized 830 Brickell is Downtown Miami’s first new LEED Class A+ freestanding office building in over a decade. Marsh McLennan, the global leader in risk, strategy and people, will now combine operations of three regional offices in 22,000 SF of smart office space overlooking Biscayne Bay.

The design concept was to capture the magnificent ocean views with innovative workspace. Upon entering the open reception area, lobby seating is complemented by a moss wall and curves that mimic the building design and create a softer feel throughout the space. Designed for flexibility, the interior fit-out features focus rooms, huddle rooms, an executive boardroom and client conferencing center, as well as a training room adjacent to a centrally located Café. Open workspaces and agile seating areas are incorporated throughout the space, promoting connectivity and enhanced workplace performance.
