Marsh McLennan’s new corporate office in the Merritt 7 Corporate Park in Norwalk, Connecticut provides the global leader in risk, strategy and people with approximately 18,000 SF of “smart office” space.

The interior renovation and build-out, designed for flexibility, features focus rooms, huddle rooms, and small and large conferencing spaces complemented by technology-forward amenities. Open workspaces and agile seating areas are incorporated throughout the space, and a centrally-located ‘social hub’ equipped with a full-service pantry and multiple seating options.

The Meyer team, led by Principal Debra Breslow, NCIDQ, IIDA, WELL AP, also included Project Manager Jessica Nixon LEED AP, WELL AP, Senior Designer Jamye Petrini, NCIDQ, and Designer Dana Sweeney, NCIDQ. Additional project partners included engineer AMA, general contractor Pavarini/Structuretone, furniture dealer AFD, and owner’s representative B.L. Mosher Consulting.
