Designed as a contemporary residential community in the heart of Lansdale, the project introduces modern apartment living while reinforcing a strong connection to its surrounding neighborhood.

Meyer approached the design with an emphasis on walkability, resident experience, and architectural clarity. The building massing and façade articulation break down scale, creating a welcoming streetscape that feels both modern and contextual. Interior layouts prioritize light, efficiency, and comfort, while shared amenities support social connection and everyday convenience.

Through a collaborative partnership with the development team, Luxor Lansdale delivers a refined, forward-looking residential community, one that supports long-term value while enhancing the evolving fabric of Lansdale.
