Meyer provided interior design services for a renovation of Lockton’s Irvine, California office. The 9,751SF regional office of the world’s largest independent insurance brokerage was completely renovated and focused on elevating the employee experience, with the overall finish palette and branding graphics focused on reflections of the community and its coastal influences.

Exterior views were the focal point, keeping the large boardroom and connected breakroom/coffee lounge situated facing the best views possible on the perimeter. Workstations were relocated to be along window lines for access to natural light, while amenity upgrades included new phone rooms and huddle rooms for collaboration.
