In a collaborative effort with GE Health, Jefferson Health transformed their existing patient access services into Seamless Access—a team designed to create a barrier-free experience for patients.
With a vision centered around employee health and wellness, Jefferson teamed up with Meyer to design 2 new state-of-the-art contact centers to house the Seamless Access operations. The first of these contact centers is located in Cherry Hill, NJ, and offers amenities designed to make the employees feel at home in their work environment including high ceilings with abundant natural light, sit-to-stand desks, Zoom-enabled training rooms, mothers’ and wellness rooms, and a fun room for the agents to step away from their work environment, recharge and relax.
