Our Corporate Studio recently completed a new corporate office in Downtown Boston’s One Financial Center, adjacent to South Station. Our client, a world leader in insurance and risk management, embraced consolidation into a single, 26,000-square-foot space as an opportunity to design a workplace that fully supports its evolving hybrid model.
The office opens with a welcoming reception and canteen area that serves as a central hub for connection, collaboration, and community. This space seamlessly flows into a large training room, designed to accommodate town halls and larger gatherings, reinforcing a culture of openness and engagement.
Work areas are thoughtfully designed to balance flexibility and focus. Employees can choose from reservable micro-offices, open workstations, agile seating zones, and private phone pods each tailored to the diverse needs of hybrid work.
Strategic branding weaves our client’s global identity with local character, paying tribute to Boston’s rich heritage. Wayfinding incorporates the names of iconic neighborhoods, while the training room glass is adorned with a nautical map of Boston Harbor, grounding the office in its city’s unique spirit.
