Meyer has partnered with Caring People Alliance to improvement their South Philadelphia facility which houses community related activities for both seniors (Marconi Older Adult Program) and children (Boys & Girls Clubs of America) from many South Philadelphia neighborhoods.
This work includes the creation and renovation of the facility’s basement into a brand-new Teen Program which provides after school programs for Teens. Through this program, Teens now can be trained in life skills, explore art, engage in fitness/exercise/dietary training as well as get introduced to professional skills (cosmetology, music recording, digital arts, computer programing, 3D printing, etc.) While partnering with Caring People Alliance, Meyer has invested over 300 hours of time in support of Caring People Alliance and their programs through our Meyer Gives Back initiative. Meyer was recognized by the City of Philadelphia during the grand opening of the new Meyer-designed South Philadelphia Boys & Girls Clubs of America Teen Program Space.
