Arbor Terrace Mountainside

On the exterior, a Second Empire architectural style was selected to work with the 35-foot height restrictions, including its notable entrance tower element and mansard roof. The interior of the community pulled its inspiration from nature and its close proximity to Echo Park. Arbor Terrace Mountainside features fresh and inviting tones and beautiful artwork of local scenery and historical images. Creating spaces for socialization was of the utmost importance. The ‘wow’ space in the community is the Whiskey Tavern, located on the third floor under the entrance tower, this old world-style bar has large open tray ceilings with heavy wood timber trusses and a variety of inviting seating areas.
