Anchor Health Properties purchased two neighboring properties on Presidential Blvd to renovate into Class A medical office buildings in the densely populated suburb of Bala Cynwyd, PA.

Project Details:

The primary goal for the building improvements is to enhance the tenant and visitor experience.  The renovation scope includes updates to the entrance areas including better accessibility and wayfinding, exterior façade upgrades, interior upgrades including new restrooms and commons areas, and site enhancements.  The renovations are occurring while the buildings are occupied by various tenants.
