When AREP purchased the building formerly known as Eight Tower Bridge, one of the similarly-designed ‘Tower Bridge’ buildings originally developed by Oliver Tyrone Pulver Corp, they enlisted Meyer to help them undertake a comprehensive rebranding and renovation project to create a unique and updated Class A presence in Conshohocken, PA.

Project Details:

Upgrades include a transformed lobby and a brand-new third floor amenity center, along with updates to all other building common areas—restrooms, fitness center, corridors, and elevator lobbies.
