Interior Project Manager– Looking for an engaging, decision making, thought starter to lead one of our senior living interior design teams. Candidate to have 10-12 years experience in senior living design, as well as project management, presentation and client interaction skills. Management abilities needs to be balanced with extensive understanding and knowledge of Revit documentation and interior detailing. Refined mentoring and communication skill a requirement. Furniture experience necessary.
Senior Interior Designer– Excited to have an innovative, creative, self-motivated and organized designer join one of our senior living interior design teams. Candidate to have 6-8 years experience in senior living design and documentation. Revit documentation experience required. Designer will work as part of a team to address, guide and mentor all phases of design from initial conceptual design ideas, design development detailing, selection of materials and furniture to construction administration and completion of the project. Familiarity with furniture selection and procurement necessary.
In addition, we are looking for interns to support our studio teams. The individual should have Revit understanding beyond general College/University course education level.
