Meyer has expanded our furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF+E) procurement team and services to include full selection, specification, and procurement services. Led by Meyer Principal and Senior Living Practice Leader, Shannon Remaley, and furniture industry veteran, Michele Segre, the FF+E Procurement Team implements strategies and purchasing solutions to ensure project success from the initial furniture planning phase to project closeout. Through a single, dedicated point-of-contact, Michele Segre and her team members can manage projects ensuring project execution related to FF+E is on schedule, meets the budget and scope, and conforms to quality standards.
By marrying the aesthetic design intent of a project with the functional needs of residents and staff, Meyer’s FF+E team works with the design team to order products and coordinate with vendors and installers to insure a seamless, smooth process. During installation, Meyer oversees all elements to strategically place all furnishings, art, window treatments and accessories within each space. Along with the client and their sales team, we conduct a comprehensive walk through to address follow up and highlight how the sales team can best show each space and the products.
