Meyer is proud to announce that an all-new Brightview Senior Living community has broken ground in Holmdel, NJ. Brightview Holmdel will be a state-of-the-art Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care community that serves the residents of north and central New Jersey. It will be a three-story, 195,000 square foot building that takes its inspiration from the surrounding Monmouth County community with a modern farmhouse design. It will offer dedicated outdoor space for all three levels of care including a lush memory care garden with walking loop and an assisted living terrace looking down onto a large central courtyard. The central courtyard will act as a main hub of the community with spaces for programming including outdoor yoga, fireplace, outdoor dining, bocce ball, and a visiting food truck park. Additional amenities include an indoor pool, fitness, salon, pub, theater, café, living room and library, all of which wrap this central courtyard. Construction is underway and is slated to be completed at the end of 2024.
