Capitol Seniors Housing recently acquired the Siena Luxury Residences, an upscale Active Living/55+ community in Cinnaminson, NJ, with plans to complete the master plan which include building a new clubhouse and seven residential buildings. The 15-acre development is currently home to active adults aged 55 or older and consists of five residential buildings. The new clubhouse will incorporate a full activities calendar and is scheduled to start construction this Fall with completion in early 2019. The interior design, provided by Meyer, features a great room with modern finishes and cozy lounge furniture, as well as a fitness center, yoga studio, coffee bar and card room.
