These amenities include a bistro, sports bar, theater, multi-purpose room, club room, private dining room, and courtyards designed for both assisted living and memory care residents. On the exterior, the building will take a contemporary form to minimize the building’s profile and to remain stylish now, and into the future. Residential elements and materials incorporated into the exterior include stone, cement board plank siding, and wood highlights and features. The community is still under construction and planned to open in Mid-2023.
