Norm’s role at Meyer Design is best described by the title found on his business card – Pilot, Coach, Cheerleader, CEO. Under Norman’s leadership, Meyer has grown to be one of the top 200 design firms in the country. Norman understands the critical factors that affect our clients’ success and ensures that our design team focuses on them. He meets regularly with owners and executives in the Philadelphia region to consult on corporate culture, real estate options, and business productivity. In 2011, Norman co-founded One Global Design in order to better serve our national client base.
