As a successful and strategic business entrepreneur, Norman has cultivated an Executive Leadership Team focused on people, relationships, and design. Much of the firm’s success can be attributed to long term, high level relationships within the real estate and development industry. In 2011, Norman co-founded One Global Design, an alliance of over 22 design firms around the globe, in order to better serve Meyer’s national and international client base and enhance our access to and collaboration with similar design firms.
