Alicia and her Executive Team have guided the steady growth of Meyer from a regional firm to a nationally recognized 85-person firm doing business across the country. As a three-year winner of Best Places To Work (‘19,’20,’22), Meyer is a culture-driven firm, committed to the tenure, growth, and diversity of its people. Prior to her role as President, Alicia served as CFO and Executive of Vice President at Meyer for 12 years, where she led the effort of transitioning the company from privately owned to an ESOP.
In the Philadelphia community, Alicia utilizes her personal experiences, as well as her professional wisdom to help others seize opportunities and enhance their lives. In 2014, Alicia was selected as the Board Chair of The Nationalities Service Center (NSC) which provides social, educational and legal services to immigrants and refugees in the Greater Philadelphia area. Today, she remains an active member of their Board. Alicia also serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce’s Arts & Business Council, which strives to grow a stronger creative economy in Philadelphia.
Alicia’s involvement and achievements in both the business and non-profit world have been recognized through several awards including Philadelphia Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award, Philadelphia Business Journal’s Minority Business Leader Award, and Main Line Today’s Power Women Award.
