Siena Luxury Residences, an upscale active adult/55+ community in Cinnaminson, NJ, expanded their 15-acre community with a new clubhouse and seven residential apartment buildings.

Project Details:

Meyer worked with developer CSH to provide the interior design of the clubhouse and re-design of the model and apartment building lobbies. The clubhouse features a great room with a double-X coffered ceiling, modern finishes and cozy lounge furniture, as well as a fitness center, yoga studio, coffee bar, prep kitchen, card room and the community’s administrative offices.
