Lockton

We designed a high-performance workplace for Lockton, a 21,000 suite in the LEED O+M Platinum and WELL-Rated 225 Franklin building located in the heart of downtown Boston’s Post Office Square. Designed to support the teams current needs and be adaptable for future growth.

The heritage-driven design includes coffered ceilings, exposed brick, penny tile and unique branding elements that balance the firm’s corporate culture with Boston’s rich history. Material selections such as wood tambour, quartz surfaces, acoustic treatments, and glass-front offices, bring warmth, light, and flexibility while supporting long-term performance.
