This annual fundraiser featuring trees from more than two dozen organizations throughout the region benefits patients and their families of Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
Inspired by the quiet magic of the woods, our “Fairy Dreams and Forest Tales” tree tells the story of a place where fairies gather, creatures find companionship, and imagination thrives. Layered with whimsical mushrooms, shimmering wings, and playful forest friends, the tree creates a dreamlike world of comfort and creativity. It’s a gentle reminder that everyone has a place to belong, especially in a magical forest.
