Integrated Marketing Content Strategist

This full time position is a key member of the Meyer Marketing team.  As a communications professional, this person is responsible for the external communications for Meyer. This position is a key part of our brand voice and will include communication strategy, writing, and social media execution.  Candidate should have strong writing and communication skills, experience with social media platforms (Linked In, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Tik Tok), and an understanding of commercial brand strategy on social media.  This position will work alongside our Business Development Team and Graphic Design Specialist.  This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days in the headquarters office in Ardmore, PA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Marketing Leader with developing annual communications strategy
  • Execute communications strategy under the direction of the Marketing Leader
  • Craft compelling, high-quality content that reflects the Meyer brand, voice, and our messaging
  • Collaborate with marketing team to continually enhance the messaging of Meyer marketing materials (proposal material, presentations, brochures)
  • Assist business development team with specific, tailored proposals, contracts, and presentations
  • Participate in weekly social media strategy meetings
  • Monitor and engage on Meyer social media accounts daily
  • Draft content for social media posts
  • Collect and review social media metrics on a quarterly basis
  • Stay at the forefront of industry marketing trends and emerging content marketing innovations, including new formats and storytelling techniques
  • Coordinate with Practice Leaders to author white papers
  • Participate in PR strategy sessions and execute PR releases
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact with Meyer’s external PR firm
  • Collect and review PR metrics on a quarterly basis
  • Gain deep understanding of the design industry and our client sectors
  • Continually refine Meyer’s brand voice and evaluate new communication strategies
  • Provide continual CRM (Deltek VantagePoint) management and updates
  • Collect and review CRM metrics on a quarterly basis
  • Attend select industry networking events as a representative of Meyer

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or related field
  • 5-10 years of marketing experience in the AEC industry
  • Experience with social media platforms including Linked In and Instagram
  • CRM Experience
