The building is a historic landmark, housing over 1.2M Rentable Square Feet of building area and a footprint as large a one whole city block. Meyer has been the building’s architect of record for over a decade overseeing the restoration of the building’s historic façade and interior transformation to a premier collocation hub. Large project improvements include lobby upgrades, freight elevator modernization, security gate installation, infrastructure system expansions (cooling towers, power distribution and cabling pathways), generator farms, security upgrades, common area improvements and tenant suite renovations.
