New Senior Living Community Reaches Construction Milestone
IMC Construction hosted a topping-off ceremony at the site of Capitol Seniors Housing’s (CSH) new assisted living and memory care community, Arbor Terrace Exton, which will be operated by The Arbor Company.
Studio Principal, Daniel King, said, “We’re pleased to see that Arbor Terrace Exton has topped-off during construction. IMC Construction has done a great job by keeping up the schedule and manpower during the COVID-19 pandemic.”
Arbor Terrace Exton is a new, assisted living and memory care community slated to open in late 2020. The 86-unit, 78,000 SF community offers high-quality finishes, state-of-the-art amenities, and an innovative memory care neighborhood, designed specifically for Alzheimer’s and other dementia-related residents. Located at 100 Oaklands Blvd., Arbor Terrace Exton is located near major medical facilities, restaurants, and shopping locations along the Lincoln Highway (Route 30) commercial corridor.
