As an industry leader, Meyer Principal Phil Burkett shared his expertise in design, architecture, planning, and management at a NEXUS Summer Program session today at FMC, inspiring students of diverse backgrounds to explore the future of commercial real estate, buildings, technology, and innovation. Students then took what they learned to create “elevator pitches” of their own for Phil to critique.
Following the workshop, Phil and Jonathan have agreed to meet regularly over the next year to discuss the many career opportunities that the architecture and design industry provide. Jonathan Anderson is a NEXUS program student and a rising High School Junior who dreams to one day be an architect.
