Headquarters for Risk Management Association (RMA)
The Risk Management Associate is a not-for profit professional organization advancing sound risk management principals in the financial industry. RMA partnered with Meyer to design a new headquarters that elevated the user experience and brand, while supporting both in-person as well as remote working. Our workplace + design experts collaborated with RMA to develop the required programmatic needs for a majority remote office. Working closely with CBRE, this led to a Class A- trophy building with a substantial real estate footprint decrease.
The result? A new 6,000 SF Philadelphia headquarters designed to promote collaboration, culture, and belonging. Featuring flexible workspaces, integrated + user friendly technology, intentional acoustics and more – this remote first headquarters creates a welcoming and user-friendly memorable experience for employees, non-profit members, and executive leadership. The team of Meyer, Watchdog, C. Erickson, BALA and CFI worked closely to make this happen within schedule and budget.
