Architectural Designer– Looking for an Registered Architect or Experienced Architectural Designer to lead the overall design and documentation efforts for architectural projects in our Corporate Sector. Additional responsibilities include architectural documentation, delegating of project tasks to teammates, client interaction, maintaining project documentation schedules, mentoring of teammates, engaging in quality control efforts with QAQC staff and coordinating consultant work. Ideal candidate has 5-8 experience in owner / developer and corporate office experience. Revit expertise with extensive detailing and documentation experience. Team leadership skills, strong communication skills, presentation and client interaction experience a plus. Creative, collaborative and design focused attitude.
Senior Interior Designer– same as above and is familiar with furniture selection and procurement services.
Interior Project Manager– Looking for an engaging, decision making, thought starter to lead one of our senior living interior design teams. Candidate to have 10-12 years experience in senior living design, as well as project management, presentation and client interaction skills. Management abilities needs to be balanced with extensive understanding and knowledge of Revit documentation and interior detailing. Refined mentoring and communication skill a requirement. Furniture experience necessary.
Senior Interior Designer– Excited to have an innovative, creative, self-motivated and organized designer join one of our senior living interior design teams. Candidate to have 6-8 years experience in senior living design and documentation. Revit documentation experience required. Designer will work as part of a team to address, guide and mentor all phases of design from initial conceptual design ideas, design development detailing, selection of materials and furniture to construction administration and completion of the project. Familiarity with furniture selection and procurement necessary.
In addition, we are looking for an Architectural Intern to support our studio teams. The individual should have Revit understanding beyond general University course education level.
